Although Peterborough City Council and Lincolnshire Council license every RN Travel driver, we are not a taxi company. We provide consistent teams of caring, highly trained staff in specialist vehicles, because many of our passengers live with severe learning difficulties, autism, Asperger’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other physical or mental disabilities.

We take our duty of care seriously, ensuring every journey offers an enjoyable, interactive, and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
A Commitment to Safety and Excellence
Our staff undergo rigorous DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks to confirm their suitability for working with vulnerable children and adults. All team members are fully trained in first aid. We go above and beyond industry requirements by providing additional specialist training and qualifications.
Our team members are:
- DBS checked and approved for work with vulnerable children and adults
- Certified in First Aid
- Trained in Autism Awareness
- Knowledgeable about Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults
- Licensed Peterborough City Council and Lincolnshire Council.
- Qualified at Level II NQV / QCF in Road Passenger Transport or Road Passenger Assistance
- Fully skilled and certified in securing wheelchairs and wheelchair passengers during transport
- Experienced in recognising triggers and managing challenging behaviour
